Purpose
The primary purpose of documenting the IC İbrahim Çeçen Investment Holding Co. Inc. Code of Ethics is to develop the ethical culture of the Holding, assist in the adoption and implementation of these rules, guide employees on ethical behavior, and establish the expected standard of behavior from employees. "IC İbrahim Çeçen Investment Holding Co. Inc. Code of Ethics" are standards that define what is right and what is wrong, what is acceptable and what is not. IC İbrahim Çeçen Investment Holding Co. Inc. Code of Ethics; defines the fundamental management principles approved by the IC İbrahim Çeçen Investment Holding Co. Inc. Board of Directors that regulate the relationships between Holding management, employees, and third parties (customers, suppliers, and all kinds of individuals and institutions associated with the Holding).
