IC İçtaş Energy Investment Holding was Established

IC İÇTAŞ Energy Investment Holding, which started its journey in 1998 as one of the pioneering companies in the Turkish energy sector, continues today as one of the leading companies in the industry.

We have started production at Girlevik 2 Mercan HEPP.

We started our first energy production using a renewable energy source with Girlevik 2 Mercan HPP.

We have commissioned the Upper Mercan HPP.

We commissioned a power plant with a total installed capacity of 14 MW on the Mercan stream, located within the borders of Erzincan province, in 2005.

We have commissioned the Niksar HPP.

Within the borders of Tokat province, we commissioned a power plant in 2012 on the Kelkit Stream, a tributary of the Yeşilırmak River, with a total installed capacity of 40.16 MW.

We have commissioned the Üçharmanlar HPP.

Within the borders of Trabzon province, we commissioned a power plant with a total installed capacity of 16.64 MW on the Baltacı stream in 2013.

We have commissioned the Üçhanlar HES.

Within the boundaries of Trabzon province, we commissioned a power plant in 2013 on the Baltacı Stream, which has a total installed capacity of 11.939 MW.

We have commissioned the Kemerçayır HPP.

Within the boundaries of Trabzon province, we commissioned a power plant in 2013 on the Baltacı stream, which has a total installed capacity of 15.498 MW.

We have commissioned the Bağıştaş - 1 HPP.

Within the borders of Erzincan province, on the Karasu/EUPHRATES river, we commissioned a power plant with a total installed capacity of 140.62 MW in the year 2015.

We have commissioned the Çileklitepe HPP.

We commissioned a power plant with a total installed capacity of 23.125 MW on the Gelivera stream located within the borders of Giresun province in the year 2015.

We have obtained the operating rights for Kadıncık 1 HPP.

We acquired the operation of a total 70 MW power plant located on Kadıncık River within the borders of Mersin province through privatization.

We have acquired the operating rights of Kadıncık 2 HPP.

We have acquired the operating rights for the power plant, which has a total installed capacity of 56 MW, located on the Kadıncık River within the borders of Mersin province.

İçtaş Sustainable Energy Investments Inc. has been established.

IC İçtaş Energy has established "İçtaş Sustainable Energy Investments Inc."

EBRD Partnership

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has become a 6.6% shareholder in IC İçtaş Sustainable Energy Investments A.Ş.

We have transferred the Girlevik 2 Mercan HPP facility to the ministry.

In March, we handed over the Girlevik 2 Mercan HPP facility to the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources in an efficiently operating condition.

EBRD transferred its share to IC İçtaş Construction.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) transferred its stake in IC İçtaş Sustainable Energy Inc. to IC İçtaş Construction.

IC Enterra Renewable Energy Inc.

As IC İçtaş Energy, we have consolidated our renewable energy portfolio under the umbrella of "IC Enterra Renewable Energy Inc." leveraging our 25 years of experience in the energy sector.

We obtained a license for the Erzin-2 Solar Power Plant Project.

We have obtained a license for the Erzin - 2 Solar Power Plant, which will have an installed capacity of 135.6 MWdc/100MWe, located in the Erzin district of Hatay.

We have gone public.

On April 4, 2024, with our Gong Ceremony, IC Enterra Renewable Energy began trading on the Borsa Istanbul Star Market under the ticker code ENTRA.

We Have Commissioned the Erzin-2 Solar Power Plant.

The production at our Erzin-2 GES plant will meet the annual electricity needs of approximately 155,000 households while also contributing to the reduction of about 157,000 tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions.
