  • Adhere to holding and company policies, work to achieve set goals,
  • Protect the name and reputation of their organization at all times,
  • Do not engage in any illegal attitudes or behaviors, report all benefit offers made to them or situations where they have doubts about the correctness/legality, or cases such as having relatives who could benefit from their activities to the holding/company management, and do not accept any gifts under any circumstances,

Company Secrets / Confidentiality
One of the most important elements of our company assets is our knowledge. In all transactions we make within the company (projects, filing – archiving, email traffic, meeting speeches and minutes, documents on the desk, etc.), we show the utmost care within the principle of protecting information.

Individuals working within IC İbrahim Çeçen Investment Holding Inc. cannot disclose their possessed information (projects, undisclosed tender offers, business research, new product plans, strategic goals, unpublished financial information or customer and vendor lists, customer needs and requirements, customer preferences, directives, regulations, procedures, processes, work habits, methods, and plans, and all correspondence, documents, and records, etc.):

Unless there is a legal and professional obligation and unless authorized, they cannot disclose,

Whether it is your subordinate, your manager, or a colleague at the same level, the relationships among colleagues are based on each individual's firm commitment to common goals, and it is a relationship among equals.

Our Relations with Suppliers
We aim for our relationships with individuals and organizations that supply products, projects, and services to IC İbrahim Çeçen Investment Holding Inc. and its affiliated companies to be based on long-term trust. Honesty and equality are fundamental in supplier relations.

We do not discriminate based on race, religion, or language in supplier selection. We do not consider personal relationships. We prioritize the interests of the holding/company. We do not accept any commission or similar payments, gifts, etc. from suppliers.

We definitely meet the requests for meetings from our Customers - Suppliers as soon as possible, depending on our work - time availability. We pay utmost attention to this matter.

We always answer calls from our Customers – Suppliers; we listen to them, evaluate the matter, and if necessary, forward the issue to the relevant person/unit and follow up on the matter.

We strive to not keep our visitors waiting at the entrance door or floors, we welcome and see them off very well from the first moment, in accordance with IC hospitality and culture.

All the behaviors mentioned above are an absolute requirement of the corporate culture we represent.

Providing products/services on time and under the conditions we commit to our customers is our fundamental principle. At IC İbrahim Çeçen Investment Holding Inc. and its affiliated companies, we always provide our customers with correct, clear, and complete information. We adhere to contracts, fulfill our commitments, and work to ensure customer satisfaction.

Corporate Tradition
Policies related to preserving the corporate identity and traditions of IC İbrahim Çeçen Investment Holding Inc. are determined by the Board of Directors of IC İbrahim Çeçen Investment Holding Inc. and practices are monitored. Every employee working in IC İbrahim Çeçen Investment Holding Inc. and its affiliated companies has the moral responsibility to closely learn, adopt, fulfill the requirements of these traditions, and spread these traditions to new employees who join our organization thereafter.
